One of my new favorite ingredients is pesto. I think the first pesto I ever had was just a few years ago – my inlaws make a super easy meal by spreading pesto on top of a salmon fillet and cooking it for about 15 minutes {delicious!}. Since then, I’ve been hooked. I’ve got one of my favorite pesto recipes coming up on Monday, but until then I thought I’d share some enticing pesto recipes I’ve found online. I think the most common way to eat pesto is on pasta, but here are a couple fresh ideas:
